IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers has developed into one of the most influential international academic and technical organizations now. For more than 30 years, the institute has been promoting and guiding the development and innovation of power electronics technology. This technology includes the effective use of electronic components, the application of circuit theory and design technology, and the development of analysis tools for effective conversion, control and power conditions. As shown in Figure 16 above, IEEE publicizes Micromouse competition on the home page of its official website. IEEE Conference on Power Electronics and Renewable Energy offers generous prizes for the winners of a high-profile international Micromouse competition. Grand Prize: an equivalent of $1,000, Outstanding Performance Award: an equivalent of $700, Best Innovative Design Award: an equivalent of $500.The teams are open to students from Egypt or international engineering or related majors in Egypt, as well as high school students. With in each group, a maximum of two students are allowed.
